The National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh has scheduled a walk-in interview for the engagement of temporary Guest Faculty in the Department of Management and Humanities for the academic session January to June 2026. The interview is set for January 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Mechanical Meeting Room, Block-II, at the institute’s campus in Jote.

The position requires a PhD in Management, with specialization in Entrepreneurship, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Finance. Remuneration for PhD holders is 1,500 rupees per class, subject to a maximum of 60,000 rupees per month. For non-PhD candidates, it is 1,000 rupees per class, with a ceiling of 40,000 rupees per month. Laboratory or tutorial classes lasting two contact hours will be counted as one contact hour for payment purposes.

Interested candidates must appear in person with their bio-data or curriculum vitae detailing qualifications, specialization, and any prior teaching experience, along with original supporting documents. Advance submission of bio-data to the department is permitted. No travel or daily allowances will be provided, and no separate interview call letters will be issued.

The engagement is purely temporary, limited to the January–June 2026 session. Individuals currently employed full-time in any organization are ineligible to apply. The decision of the institute’s competent authority will be final.
